AIP Caesar Dressing (AIP, Paleo, Dairy and Egg-Free)
Extra Equipment: Blender, Glass Container with lid
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
- 2/3 Cup Avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Fish sauce (I used 1 tsp. anchovy paste)
- 2 Medium Cloves garlic peeled
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Coarse Pepper (Omit if on AIP elimination phase. Black pepper is a stage 1 reintro)
Blend on high until whipped and creamy.
Store refrigerated in a glass container.
Shake it to combine before serving.
