You know, mornings are tough to make interesting on AIP, but you can manage. It’s funny how we become so entrenched with our routines, that we forget there are other ways of doing things.
Breakfast Smoothie (AIP, Paleo, Dairy-Free)
- 1 Banana
- 4-5 Strawberries Whole Froze
- 1/3 Cup Blueberries Frozen
- 1/3 Cup Spinach Fresh or Frozen
- 1/2 Cup Liquid of choice - coconut water, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, almond milk
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp Gelatin Unflavored
Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your choice of drinking container, add a straw and enjoy.
