It’s only been the past year since I’ve started making Brussel sprouts again, as my hubby wasn’t a fan. But making them this way has changed his mind and taste! If you have a fussy eater, try these as they are so good for you.
Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Garlic
These Brussel sprouts are so easy to make without having to use the oven.
- 10 medium brussel sprouts
- 2 bacon rashers chopped
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp bacon grease
Peel off any bad leaves from the Brussel sprouts
Cut sprouts in half lengthwise.
Heat fry pan on medium high and add bacon grease to melt.
Add bacon and cook 1 minute.
Add Brussels sprouts and fry until they start to brown around the edges and the bacon crisps.
Add garlic slices and fry 1 minute until softened.
