This recipe will help you keep a simple salad dressing available at all times. It’s easy to make. Just keep in a glass container in the fridge.
Healthy Balsamic Vinaigrette
With summer upon us it usually means lots of salads. This recipe will help you keep a healthy version of salad dressing on hand.
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence
- 1/4 cup gluten free mustard
- Pinch sea salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or pour into a glass jar and shake vigorously.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Pour onto salad (or use as a marinade then bake or grill meat after a few hours) and enjoy.
