I just love this dressing. It’s so quick and easy to make and it tastes great.
I’ll use it in my salads, but will also put on my sweet potatoes to give them a bit of zing!
If you’re looking for a go-to dressing, this will fit the bill quite nicely.
Italian Dressing (AIP, Paleo)
- 1 Cup olive oil Light flavored, or Avocado Oil, or a blend of the two
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
Place all ingredients into a glass container with a lid.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Shake well before pouring onto a salad or vegetables.
