With cold and flu season soon to be upon us, this recipe could come in handy. The ingredients are all natural and I find it helps me when I have a tight chest.

Simple Homemade Chest Rub
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil or Palm Shortening
- 12 drops Essential Oils see below for the essential oils to use
Place oil/shortening in a small container
Add 7-12 drops essential oil as follows: 4 drops eucalyptus, 2 drops peppermint, 2 drops rosemary, 4 drops lavender (or adjust amounts to suit your needs).
Mix well and apply to chest area to test strength of oils.
Place lid on container and store in cupboard.
Use as needed.
You can use more or less of the essential oils according to the strength you need.
