Cauliflower Rice (AIP, Paleo)

What a great replacement for rice. Cauliflower is so versatile. It can be used in cabbage rolls, meat loaf, eaten on its own, or in sushi. It’s very easy to make and you can freeze it too.

Cauliflower Rice (AIP, Paleo)

  • 1 Head Cauliflower


  1. Cut cauliflower into florets and place in food processor.
  2. Process until cauliflower looks like rice - do not over process as you may end up with creamed cauliflower instead!
  3. Scrape cauliflower into a bowl and use as needed. If not using right away, I usually place in containers and store in the freezer. That way you will have cauliflower rice whenever you need it.

Recipe Notes

To use once frozen: Simply remove the cauliflower rice from the freezer and place directly into a pan of boiling water for about 5 minutes - more if frozen. Then use as you would for rice in any recipe.
