A little while ago my daughter-in-law made me a salmon fillet that I just adored. So, I thought I should share this recipe with you too.
- 4 Salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- dill weed
- Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375F.
Lightly oil a 9 x 12 glass pan.
Arrange salmon fillets in pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and some dill weed on each fillet. Flip fillets and repeat.
Lightly pour some olive oil over fillets.
Place pan in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
Serve with your choice of sides.
