Simone’s Salmon

A little while ago my daughter-in-law made me a salmon fillet that I just adored. So, I thought I should share this recipe with you too.

Simone's Salmon

Salmon is rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids that are heart healthy and is known as one of the good fats to eat, so enjoy your salmon on a regular basis.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • dill weed
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lightly oil a 9 x 12 glass pan.

  3. Arrange salmon fillets in pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and some dill weed on each fillet. Flip fillets and repeat. 

  4. Lightly pour some olive oil over fillets.

  5. Place pan in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes

  6. Serve with your choice of sides.
